We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Our Returns Policy

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached
• Sale items and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@getonme.sexy with your order number and reason for return
2. We will reply within 2 working days with return instructions
3. Pack your item securely and send it back to the address we provide
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Return Postage

• Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item
• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post

Exchanges

• We are happy to exchange for a different size where stock is available
• Simply mention this in your return email and we'll do our best to help

Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number
• We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement
